The role drives variance analysis, budgeting, and insightful reporting for executive leadership, guiding cost optimization and operational efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years financial experience including strategic and business planning, financial planning, analysis, P&L, reporting or accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare or insurance.
• Experience in P&L ownership and budgets.
• Advanced degree in Business and/or FSA/CPA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of comprehensive financial reports aligned with strategic goals.
• Lead identification of key financial variances and trends for strategic decisions.
• Lead budgeting process for the business unit or region.
• Liaise between senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Guide financial planning aligning resources with long-term goals.
