Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A, accounting, financial reporting, or related finance function.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, consumer products, or multichannel environment is required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and corporate financial reporting practices.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and scenario planning.

Responsibilities

• Participate in annual budgeting, recurring forecasts, and long-range planning reflecting current priorities.
• Review results, reports, and records for accuracy and consistency with accounting standards.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses for initiatives and investments.
• Evaluate revenue, gross margin, expenses, and profitability across channels.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities; translate into actionable leadership insights.
• Explain variances and drivers behind actuals vs budgets/forecasts.
• Prepare monthly financial presentations and reporting packages for leadership and HQ.
• Track indicators like COGS, inventory, discounts, FX, and OPEX.
• Assess store and channel performance via KPI and profitability analysis.
• Develop financial evaluations for store openings, relocations, and capex; include ROI analysis.
