Job summary

Activision Publishing, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Studio Finance in Santa Monica, CA. This role provides global studio finance support for Call of Duty franchises, including planning, forecasting, and budget oversight across multiple studios.

You will partner with finance, development and HR to plan, forecast and track investments, deliver updates to studio leadership, and help drive cost efficiencies in a fast-paced gaming environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in operations finance, FP&A, brand finance, accounting or related area.
• Strong partnership and collaboration skills across finance, marketing, development and leadership.
• Strong finance acumen, business sense and analytical ability.
• Experience with financial systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support studio planning and strategy to develop blockbuster titles.
• Contribute to annual and long-range planning processes.
• Assist quarterly forecasts with accurate forecasting and variance analysis.
