Jobtailor is seeking a senior FP&A leader to partner with GDC, Procurement, GRE, Corporate Development and Corporate FP&A, delivering data-driven guidance for strategic initiatives, capital investments, and operational priorities.

You will own Americas CAPEX planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning, lead cash flow forecasting, and produce executive-level reporting to support decisions in a global, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Finance Business Partnering experience.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting experience.
Experience with capital-intensive businesses or large-scale investment environments.
MBA and/or CPA preferred.
Experience partnering with senior leaders in a global matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted finance partner to GDC, Procurement, GRE, Corporate Development, and Corporate FP&A teams.
Provide financial guidance, insights, and decision support for strategic initiatives, capital investments, and operational priorities.

Coordinate deliverables across Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Corporate FP&A, and other finance functions.
Drive continuous improvements in efficiency, scalability, and business value.

Serve as a trusted finance partner to GDC, Procurement, GRE, Corporate Development, and Corporate FP&A teams
Provide financial guidance, insights, and decision support for strategic initiatives, capital investments, and operational priorities
Build relationships with senior leaders and influence business decisions through data-driven financial analysis
Support ad hoc business requests, investment evaluations, and strategic projects
Own Americas CAPEX planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
Lead Americas cash flow forecasting and ensure forecast accuracy and integrity
Manage GREET forecasts, redevelopment forecasts, and long-range financial planning
Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models
Manage CIP interest forecasting, variance analysis, and financial commentary
Review monthly and quarterly business performance, forecasts, and financial results
Support Corporate FP&A quarterly CAPEX reviews and planning
Lead global reporting packages for executive leadership and business partners
Produce executive-level CAPEX, investment tracking, project performance, and guidance-related reporting
Create consolidated global views of financial performance, investment trends, and business outcomes
Manage quarterly Global Project Status Review processes
Coordinate deliverables across Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Corporate FP&A, and other finance functions
Partner with finance teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC
Drive timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual finance deliverables
Resolve complex operational, reporting, and systems-related challenges
Improve processes, automate reporting, and enhance forecasting accuracy
Support strategic and operational initiatives across Global Real Estate and Procurement
Lead cross-functional special projects with financial analysis and executive visibility
Drive continuous improvements in efficiency, scalability, and business value

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Finance Business Partnering
Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting
Experience supporting complex, capital-intensive businesses or large-scale investment environments
Experience partnering with senior business leaders and influencing decisions through financial insights
Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, global organization with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable business insights
Experience with enterprise planning systems such as Hyperion PBCS or comparable financial planning tools
MBA and/or CPA preferred
Experience supporting construction, infrastructure, engineering, real estate, procurement, or capital project organizations preferred
Experience leading global planning, forecasting, or reporting processes preferred
Experience driving process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies preferred
Experience working in a large, publicly traded, global organization preferred
