Job summary

Henderson Scott US in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to partner with the CFO and business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and planning. You will own the bottoms-up 3-statement operating model and monthly financial reporting.

This hands-on, startup-style role requires practical ownership of daily cash forecasting, in-depth variance analysis, and integration of IA into all models and workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of finance experience including 2+ in investment banking.
• 2+ years FP&A experience at a high growth technology company.
• Experience building and owning a full 3-statement operating model.
• Experience owning weekly cash forecasting.
• Startup mindset and hands-on approach.

Technology startup based in LA is looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to join their team, reporting directly into the CFO and serving as a strategic finance partner to all of the business leaders!

This is a very hands-on role, where you'll fully own the operating model, daily cash forecasting, and all financial reporting/variance analysis.

Candidates must have prior experience building and owning 3-statement models, ideally with a strong background in investment banking and a few years working in similar industry FP&A roles!

This role will have in-office requirements 3-4x per week in Los Angeles
