Lightsource bp in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead FP&A for our US business. You will oversee financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, investment governance and management reporting.

This role translates complex data into clear insights, partners with US leadership, builds financial models and scenario analyses, and supports investments across the renewable energy lifecycle. Hybrid work with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or related field.
• Eight+ years of FP&A, corporate finance or related experience.
• Three+ years leading finance professionals or regional FP&A functions.
• Experience leading budgets, long-range plans, forecasts and management reporting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders in a complex organization.
• Experience improving FP&A processes, systems, automation and data quality.

Aufgaben

• Lead annual budget, long-range plan, forecasts, and monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Translate strategy into financial plans, KPIs and resource priorities.
• Advise US leadership on investments, growth, cost optimization and performance.
• Analyze results against budgets and forecasts, highlight risks/opportunities.
• Prepare scenario analyses, financial models and Board reporting.
• Provide visibility into P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and capex.
• Support investment cases, JV, project finance and debt obligations.
• Lead liquidity and cash-flow planning for the US business.
• Collaborate across Development, Construction, Operations and Finance teams.
• Improve FP&A systems, models, controls and data quality.
• Champion Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud usage.
