Job summary

Unifi is seeking a Sr. Director of FP&A to lead the finance division and deliver accurate reporting and strategic insights for business leaders in Atlanta. The role demands strong analytical skills, leadership, and effective communication across finance and operations.

Responsibilities include managing internal management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, monthly analyses, and strategic planning. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and Power BI is essential; CFA/CPA a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial management or accounting experience.
• CFA/CPA certification is a plus.
• BS in Finance, Accounting or Economics; Masters preferred.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Senior Finance Manager or similar experience.
• Hands-on with financial and statistical software.
• Advanced Excel formulas and modeling skills.
• Familiarity with SQL and advanced modeling.
• Ability to present data with detailed reports and charts.
• Power BI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of internal management reporting and contract profitability.
• Assist senior management in budgets, forecasts, and analyses.
• Handle monthly analyses including spending and initiative impact.
• Support strategic and annual planning and forecasting.
• Maintain consistency and quality of corporate support.
• Gather and synthesize data across parties; manage data quality.
