Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required.
• 8+ years of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting experience.
• Strong accounting knowledge and core financial concepts.
• Proven financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication skills for non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects across teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow the FP&A team to high performance.
• Partner with regional, operational, and executive leadership for strategic insights.
• Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends and risks.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes with improved accuracy.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and performance scorecards for leadership visibility.
• Perform scenario and impact analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Translate analyses into actionable plans with operations leadership.
• Track progress against goals and communicate results to leadership.
• Lead special financial and operational analysis projects as needed.
• Streamline reporting and FP&A processes across the organization.
• Build relationships across levels and act as a trusted partner.
