CesiumAstro, Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to lead high-impact FP&A initiatives and drive long-range planning for a growing space-tech startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience developing and implementing financial budgets and forecasts.
• Experience in BOEs, NREs/REs and materials roll-ups.
• Understanding of EVMS principles and Program Baseline Planning.
• Knowledge of FAR, CAS and GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning across multiple business units.
• Develop advanced financial models and scenario analyses for exec decision-making.
• Evaluate complex financial and operational performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare executive financial reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
• Support strategic investments and capital planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Sales.
• Provide financial guidance on enterprise initiatives and long-range planning assumptions.
• Improve planning processes, forecasting methods, reporting capabilities, and analytical tools.
