Job summary

Edward Mann, a growing Consumer Goods business based in Atlanta, is seeking a Senior Manager – FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. You will partner with the CFO and senior leadership to influence strategic decisions and drive performance across functions in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes developing models, presenting insights, and delivering high-quality financial reporting to support growth opportunities and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Proven ability to partner with senior non-finance stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel and financial planning/reporting system experience.
• Experience in Consumer Goods, Retail, Manufacturing or product-led environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, long-range planning and forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic and commercial decision-making.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial forecasts, providing clear analysis and commentary on key movements.
• Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Operations and other business functions to understand performance and identify opportunities.
• Analyse revenue, gross margin, operating expenses and profitability against budget, forecast and prior-year performance.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insight to senior management.
• Support commercial planning, including pricing, promotional activity, product performance and investment decisions.
• Produce high-quality management presentations and financial reporting for senior leadership.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities within the business and translate financial data into clear recommendations.
• Improve FP&A processes, reporting tools and financial models to increase efficiency and visibility.
• Support ad-hoc strategic projects, business cases and financial analysis as required.
