Job summary

Everfox in Herndon, VA seeks a Senior Manager, FP&A to oversee forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and performance reporting. This strategic role partners with executives to drive forward-looking guidance, strengthen financial performance, and support long-range planning.

The role requires leadership of a team of FP&A analysts, development of financial models, headcount and OPEX planning, and clear communication of insights to senior management. Hybrid work 2–3 days weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, or similar advanced credential strongly preferred.
• 8–12+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or public accounting experience.
• Experience leading financial planning cycles and partnering with senior executives.
• Experience with financial systems, planning tools, and data visualization platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead companywide forecasting and reporting cycles with accuracy and alignment to objectives.
• Manage monthly deliverables: variance analysis, KPIs, and executive materials.
• Act as senior FP&A partner to functional leaders to influence decisions.
• Oversee development of financial models: headcount, OPEX, and cost structures.
• Direct annual budgeting and support long-range strategic planning.
• Drive board/investor reporting with consolidated forecasts and narratives.
• Support corporate development activities: acquisitions, synergy assessments, post‑integration.
• Mentor FP&A analysts and improve process efficiency.
• Improve FP&A reporting, systems, dashboards through automation.
• Perform high-impact ad-hoc analyses and ROI modeling.
