Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or similar.
7+ years of analytical experience with financial analysis or comparable experience preferred.
Strong written and oral presentation skills.
Advanced computer skills with Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Experience with financial modeling and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

Gather data for operations and financial analysis using office applications and BI tools.
Design, create, and analyze financial reporting to provide insights to drive business performance.
Develop forecasts, budgets, and financial targets at company and unit levels.
Identify KPIs and analyze performance against targets.
Develop financial models to identify opportunities and risks.
Produce Senior Management level reporting and presentations of financial results and impacts.
Monitor and analyze key metrics to ensure business goals are achieved.
Improve tools and processes to enhance analytic capabilities and understanding of performance.
Liaise with senior management and department heads.
