Job summary

Parry Labs is seeking an FP&A Manager, Corporate FP&A, to lead the financial planning and analysis function for government programs. You will pair advanced modeling with strategic advisory to senior leaders.

This role requires guiding forecasting and budgeting across multiple business areas, building a strong FP&A team, and delivering real-time insights through automated dashboards. Join a fast-growing, digitally focused defense contractor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• 7+ years in Corporate FP&A or similar, govt contracting experience advantageous.
• Expertise in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and cash flow modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide FP&A processes: annual budget, monthly forecasts, long-term planning.
• Mentor and develop a team of financial analysts; review models and deliverables.
• Design and maintain tools/models for data gathering, reporting, and three-statement modeling.
• Set standards for reports/dashboards (Power BI, Costpoint BI, Excel) and automate outputs.
• Drive automation and standardization across FP&A tools and workflows.
• Present findings to leadership; own cash forecasting including 13/26-week models.
