• Experience supporting board-level reporting cycles and guidance process for a public company.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L consolidation, operating cash flow analysis, and stock-based compensation reporting.
• Drive quarterly close with accounting; forecast and provide executive-ready insights.
• Lead process automation and AI-enabled FP&A improvements.
• Directly manage and develop team members based in Pleasanton, CA and Costa Rica.
