Job summary

Google in Sunnyvale is seeking a senior FP&A leader to drive capacity planning and financial analytics for AI initiatives. You will manage a portfolio addressing complex issues and provide insights for resource allocation, balancing margin growth with business expansion.

This leadership role offers a competitive compensation package with equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by skills, experience, and education, with a target bonus of 15%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A or related experience in large organizations.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling.
• Strong SQL skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate capacity constraints and implement efficiency gains that improve unit economics and overall P&L.
• Develop P&L and Margin models to articulate margin drivers to executive leadership.
• Develop NPV and cash flow models to evaluate profitability for future NPIs and benchmark against engaged products.
• Analyze performance and TCO for AI product SKUs to inform customer proposals.
• Partner with Cloud Product, Capacity, and Engineering on efficiency initiatives and goals.
