Intuit is seeking a Principal Financial Analyst to join Corporate FP&A in Mountain View. You will help develop 3- and 1-year planning processes, build robust financial models, and craft compelling narratives for executive reviews.

The role requires 7+ years in FP&A, strong storytelling, and ability to influence across cross-functional teams while delivering clear, data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions for software and SaaS segments.

Competenze

• 7+ years in FP&A roles, experience with software, SaaS, or subscription-based businesses preferred.
• Strong influencing skills to shape decisions across leadership levels.
• Excellent oral and written communication, translating results into clear narratives for exec audiences (presentations, dashboards).
• Deep experience deriving data-driven insights and delivering presentations to senior executives.
• Experience leading strategic or business performance initiatives and organizational change.
• Self-starter who initiates and drives projects with minimal supervision.
• Trusted partner delivering operational excellence by understanding business needs.
