  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc financial reporting packages for executive leadership and support Board reporting requirements, strategic initiatives, and time‑sensitive analyses as needed.

  • Analyze revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, EBITDA, cash flow, working capital, trends, variances, and key business drivers to identify risks, opportunities, performance trends, and actionable business insights.

  • Validate data accuracy, investigate reporting anomalies, and ensure the integrity, consistency, completeness, and governance of financial information, reporting definitions, financial models, and executive reporting.

  • Lead Finance and Accounting process improvement initiatives focused on automation, standardization, control enhancement, data quality, operating efficiency, reduced manual effort, and scalable reporting processes.

  • 5–8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, finance transformation, business analysis, or related Finance functions, including executive‑level reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial modeling.

  • Demonstrated experience independently leading cross‑functional projects or Finance and Accounting process improvement initiatives, including managing priorities, driving work to completion, and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.

  • Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting methodologies, variance analysis, cash flow, working capital, financial performance metrics, and the ability to identify when results or reporting do not look reasonable.
