Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the Enterprise finance team in the United States. The role focuses on planning, performance, and partnering with HR, strategy, sales, delivery and product to drive robust financial governance.

This position offers growth opportunities within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment and reports to the Finance Director, Enterprise. The role is primarily remote with a preference for East Coast overlap.

Qualifications

• FP&A foundations with commercial judgement and ability to influence senior decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and long-term planning.
• Provide variance analysis and decision-ready financial insight.
• Partner with leaders on business cases, investments, pricing and cost optimisation.
• Produce management accounts, KPI dashboards and month-end analysis.
• Improve reporting, forecasting and finance workflows through standardisation and automation.
