Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the Enterprise finance team in the United States. You will own planning, performance, and reporting while partnering with HR, strategy, sales, delivery and product to build clearer processes and robust decision-support.

You’ll combine FP&A foundations with commercial judgement to challenge and advise leaders, driving automation and governance across the enterprise finance function. This role offers remote work in the US.

Qualifications

• Strong FP&A or financial advisory experience in a large, matrixed or fast-moving org.
• Proven ability to influence senior decisions with non-finance stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and commercial judgement.

Responsibilities

• Own annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and long-term planning.
• Provide variance analysis and decision-ready financial insight.
• Partner with leaders on business cases, investments, pricing and cost optimisation.
