Job summary

Elanco, a global leader in animal health, is seeking a US Pet Health FP&A professional to join the US Pet Health Marketing + Digital team in Indianapolis. You will combine strong financial planning, forecasting, and reporting with hands-on accounting and business insight to enable senior leadership to make data-driven decisions.

This hybrid role offers exposure to senior leaders, opportunities to influence planning processes, and a path to impact cross-functional initiatives within Elanco’s Pet

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years' experience planning, forecasting and reporting.
• Expert-level mastery of MS Excel.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management and execution.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, forecasting, and reporting activities for the US Pet Health Marketing + Digital organizations.
• Support financial planning and forecasting process (Strategic Plan, Business Plan, Quarterly Forecasts).
• Support monthly closing processes and adherence to policies.
• Develop and enhance Management Reporting capabilities for data-driven decisions.
• Analyze financial performance relative to expectations and identify drivers.
• Assist in supporting VP – Digital Transformation and Executive Director – US Pet Health Marketing.
