Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Plano, TX seeks an Asset Management - Expense Planning and Analysis Associate to join the FP&A team. The role focuses on expense forecasting, budgeting, and detailed analysis to drive cost control and strategic decisions.

You will lead expense and headcount management, develop financial reporting, and partner with FP&A Managers and CFOs to present insights and recommendations. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Anaplan skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a technical field.
• 4+ years of related work experience in FP&A or expense planning.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with PowerPoint and Anaplan.
• Inquisitive, proactive and able to communicate clearly with senior management.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and present concise conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Manage expense budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Prepare reporting and analytics, including location strategy and span of control.
• Build business cases and track performance metrics for senior management.
• Oversee month-end close processes, and year-end budget planning.
• Design new reports and dashboards to efficiently deliver results.
