Job summary

EY is hiring in the US for a senior Advisory role focused on Enterprise Performance Management and FP&A transformations. You will manage complex FP&A projects, lead workstreams, and deliver technology-enabled planning solutions for clients across Life Sciences, healthcare, and other sectors.

You will guide financial planning improvements, manage risk, and mentor teams while traveling as needed to meet client needs and project demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
• Minimum 5 years of combined industry and consulting experience in financial planning and analysis, with expertise in Life Sciences & HealthCare.
• Strategic planning, long-range planning, and annual operating planning (AOP).
• Budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast processes.
• Financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Management reporting and business performance analysis.
• Capital planning and investment analysis.
• Strong FP&A background from corporate finance roles.
• Consulting or advisory experience implementing FP&A transformations or EPM solutions.
• Proven track record translating business challenges into improved planning and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and manage client engagements on complex FP&A and EPM projects.
• Develop innovative solutions and ensure quality and risk management.
• Guide clients through redesign of FP&A processes and technology-enabled planning.
• Drive process improvements and best practices in a dynamic environment.
