Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior FP&A/EPM professional to manage and deliver complex FP&A and EPM projects nationwide. You will lead workstreams, guide clients through finance transformations, and develop scalable planning frameworks to drive performance.

Main focus includes redesigning FP&A processes, budgeting, forecasting, and implementing technology-enabled planning solutions. This role offers opportunities for growth in a high-growth advisory practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
• Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience in industry or consulting, with Healthcare/Life Sciences exposure.
• Experience implementing FP&A transformations and EPM solutions.
• Experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and management reporting.
• Strong communication skills with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and client engagements on complex FP&A and EPM projects.
• Develop innovative FP&A solutions and drive process improvements.
• Ensure high quality deliverables and risk management across projects.
