Job summary

EY, a global professional services firm, seeks a Senior in Financial Planning and Analytics to lead complex FP&A and EPM projects for client engagements. You will guide teams, apply judgment, and drive performance improvements across multiple client engagements in a fast-paced advisory setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
• 2+ years of combined industry and consulting experience in financial planning and analysis, with expertise in Life Sciences.
• Strategic planning, long-range planning, and annual operating planning (AOP).
• Budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast processes.
• Financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Management reporting and business performance analysis.
• Capital planning and investment analysis.
• Consulting or advisory experience implementing FP&A transformations, process improvements, or EPM solutions.
• Proven track record translating business challenges into improved planning and decision-making processes.
• Experience with EPM platforms such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS/ePBCS/FCCS), OneStream, or Tagetik is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the effective management and delivery of financial processes, solutions, and projects.
• Ensure a focus on quality and risk management while driving continuous process improvement.
• Guide teams and supervise others to deliver complex technical initiatives.
• Deliver agreed activities and apply judgment to inform recommendations.
• Coordinate the work of junior colleagues or team members.
• Ensure deliverables meet client service, quality, and risk management standards.
