Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Senior in Financial Planning and Analytics to guide clients through FP&A and EPM projects, redesigning processes and delivering technology-enabled planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of combined industry and consulting FP&A experience.
• Experience in Life Sciences FP&A.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and AOP expertise.
• Strong FP&A background from corporate finance roles.
• Experience implementing FP&A transformations or EPM solutions.
• Proficiency with EPM platforms (Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, OneStream).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the effective management and delivery of financial processes, solutions, and projects.
• Ensure a focus on quality and risk management while driving continuous process improvement.
• Guide teams and supervise others to deliver complex technical initiatives.
