Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Senior in Financial Planning and Analytics to deliver complex FP&A and EPM projects for clients across industries. You will guide planning processes, develop models, and drive decision-support initiatives with senior teams.

You will lead teams, ensure quality and risk management, and collaborate with client stakeholders. Travel to meet client needs is expected as you expand your FP&A and EPM capabilities within a growing advisory practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business)
• Min 2 years of combined industry and consulting experience in FP&A, with Life Sciences expertise
• Strong FP&A background from corporate finance roles
• Experience implementing FP&A transformations and EPM solutions
• CPA, CFA, or MBA credentials (ideally)
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex FP&A and EPM projects for clients
• Coordinate with junior colleagues and manage performance objectives
• Ensure quality and risk management in project delivery
• Guide teams across multiple activities and deliver recommendations
• Travel to meet client needs
