Job summary

Goosehead Insurance seeks a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead the company’s planning, forecasting, and performance measurement. You will own enterprise-wide budgeting, modeling standards, and partner with executives to align financial plans with strategy, while building a high-performing FP&A team.

You will deliver timely insights, dashboards, and business cases to support strategic investments and growth in a fast-paced, private-equity-backed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A or related experience.
• Experience in building and leading FP&A teams.
• Experience in high-growth, private equity-backed environments preferred.
• Strong Excel, SQL, and BI/reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes.
• Lead performance management and analysis across financial and operational metrics.
• Lead and develop FP&A managers and analysts, setting performance expectations.
