Job summary

Case Paper is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to own budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year modeling. You will partner with sales on pricing and profitability, build a core financial model, and deliver executive analysis to guide capital, pricing, and strategic decisions.

You will report to the VP of Finance & Administration and play a central role in KPI framework, dashboards, and ERP-related data work. This is a 100% remote role with periodic travel.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or strategic finance.
• Ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year financial modeling for a full business.
• Track record partnering with sales or commercial on pricing, margin, and profitability with measurable results.
• Advanced Excel — pivot tables, complex formulas, financial modeling built personally.
• Working knowledge of SQL or Power BI and ability to query, join, and validate datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual operating budget and rolling 12-month forecast — revenue, margin, expense, and headcount.
• Build and maintain core financial model with scenario analysis for volume shifts and price movement.
• Own monthly P&L analysis and explain drivers such as price, volume, mix, material, labor, and overhead.
• Review P&Ls by site with leadership and surface risks before they land in results.
• Partner with sales on margin performance, pricing strategy, and quote/bid support.
• Lead the multi-year strategic and financial planning process and maintain a 3–5 year model.
• Define KPI framework and develop monthly executive performance package.
• Build dashboards and self-service reporting for leaders.
