Job summary

Sphera is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support forecasting, planning, and reporting for the Services/Consulting business. The role emphasizes improving BI infrastructure, monthly KPI reporting, and financial forecasting, with ad-hoc analysis for senior leadership and the sponsor.

Strong analytics and data-system design capabilities are essential. The role involves cross-functional work, preparation of financial models, and participation in board-level presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) or 3–5 years as a financial analyst.
• Fluency with Alteryx and PowerBI; advanced Excel skills; intermediate PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve Alteryx workflows and PowerBI reports across Finance pillars.
• Prepare financial and operational KPIs (bookings, pipeline, ASP) and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in annual budgeting and monthly forecasting for Services/Consulting; re-forecast quarterly projections.
