Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will partner with production leadership to translate data into actionable insights that inform strategic growth.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A or manufacturing finance, strong Excel skills, expertise with Sage ERP, and a CPA/CMA or equivalent is a plus. This is a permanent, full-time role offering $80,000–$100,000 per year plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years FP&A or manufacturing finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial performance analysis.
• Knowledge of manufacturing accounting: inventory valuation, standard costing, COGS, variance analysis.
• Able to reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Experience with cash flow forecasts and working capital metrics.
• Hands-on proficiency with Sage or ERP/accounting platform.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong analytical judgment, detail orientation, and communication.
• CPA, CMA or comparable qualification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget process, coordinating inputs across departments and aligning financial plans with operational priorities.
• Develop rolling forecasts and financial models to evaluate performance, investments, and growth.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory movements, production variances, and margins for opportunities.
• Reconcile financial reports, investigate discrepancies, and support month-end/year-end reporting.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts, monitor working capital trends, and strengthen liquidity.
• Partner with operations, accounting, and leadership to explain results and support decisions.
• Use Sage or an equivalent ERP/accounting system to extract, validate, and analyze data.
• Build management reports and dashboards communicating KPIs, variances, and recommendations.
• Improve budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting processes with strong controls.
