Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A, financial analysis or BI experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with data modeling and complex formulas.
• Experience building dashboards with Power BI or similar tools.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting process, monthly forecasting cycles, and long-range planning.
• Perform financial and operational analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboard solutions and reporting tools.
• Partner with leaders to define reporting requirements and build customized dashboards.
• Design, automate, and improve recurring financial, operational, and management reporting.
• Utilize data from ERP and other systems to create reporting and analytics.
• Support project profitability, utilization, revenue, and performance reporting.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and performance scorecards.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT to improve data availability.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting packages for senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve efficiency.
• Support ad hoc analyses, strategic projects, acquisitions, and initiatives.
