Warby Parker is seeking a Senior Associate in FP&A to build robust financial models and deliver insightful analyses. You will track Gross Margin metrics monthly and quarterly and support leadership with communication materials for leadership and investors.

You will partner with department leaders on budgets, deliver comprehensive reports, and assist in annual budgeting, projections, and earnings materials, while identifying high-impact cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in financial modeling and corporate finance.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with ability to build robust financial models.
• Curious mindset with interest in leveraging AI to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage dynamic, scalable financial models tracking Gross Margin monthly and quarterly.
• Partner with department leaders to develop budgets across cost of goods sold and track actuals.
• Develop and deliver reporting for FP&A and other supporting departments.
• Support annual budgeting, monthly/quarterly projections, and board/earnings materials.
• Lead high-impact special projects with cross-functional collaboration.
