Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Principal, Finance to lead Financial Planning and Analysis for the Acoustics & Imaging Systems Division. You will drive forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for two CAS segments across two branches, reporting to the Division Director of Finance.

The role requires deep experience in government contract accounting, advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to produce concise, actionable analyses for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance/Accounting with extensive experience in financial management.
• Experience with government contract accounting including quoting, progress payments, milestones, and % of completion billing.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A for Acoustics & Imaging Systems Division with $500M+ revenue.
• Develop and deliver weekly and monthly business reviews.
• Own major financial deliverables: MFR, AOP, JSP and related reports.
• Coordinate inputs from FP&A and accounting teams for forecasts and reporting.
• Manage indirect rate tracking and monthly forecast reviews.
