Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Associate in Consumer Banking P&A to lead financial analysis and executive reporting, partnering with P&A and finance teams to consolidate monthly business review materials for firmwide and CCB leadership meetings.

You will contribute to analyses supporting public disclosures related to strategy, performance, and industry trends for Investor Day and conferences. The role involves financial storytelling, variance analysis, and preparing presentations for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of FP&A experience with recurring reporting/forecasting.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support key financial activities including recurring financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis, as well as budget and capital stress testing analytics, controls governance, and business resiliency
• Perform variance analysis and refine financial storytelling that provides key drivers of the results versus prior forecasts/budgets
• Coordinate and prepare materials for leadership meetings (e.g., Business Reviews) and external forums (i.e., Investor Day, industry conferences)
• Create ad-hoc analytics and presentations for senior management (e.g., Leadership Offsites; Town Hall presentations; competitor analysis)
• Enhance controls and identify process improvement opportunities (e.g., streamline processes, introduce automation, develop new reporting) to efficiently deliver financial results to senior management
