Job summary

Chase is seeking a Financial Analyst, Senior Associate within Marketing Finance to drive data-driven insights for the Consumer Banking marketing portfolio and partner with Finance, Marketing, Data & Analytics, Product, and Strategy teams to optimize investments.

You will deliver forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting, build business cases, and present findings to senior leadership to influence strategic decisions and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, business analytics, strategy, consulting, or a related financial services environment.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to develop financial models and executive-ready presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable business insights.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to develop business cases, evaluate investment opportunities, and assess financial impacts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for senior leadership.

As a Financial Analyst, Senior Associate within Marketing Finance, you will support strategic decision-making by delivering data-driven insights, financial analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement across the growing Consumer Banking marketing business. You will partner closely with Finance, Marketing, Data & Analytics, Product, and Strategy teams to evaluate business opportunities, optimize marketing investments, and enhance reporting capabilities that drive customer growth and profitability.

• Familiarity with large datasets, dashboarding, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Databricks, etc.)
