Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Planning or Reporting in multinational environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Define timetables and tasks to deliver LBE review packages on deadlines and liaise with the Business Unit.
• Lead consolidation, data review, and deck preparation with data integrity.
• Provide financial guidance to affiliates for budgets, sales and reporting requirements.
• Lead monthly financials, variance explanations, and action follow-ups; develop risks and opportunities.
• Lead consolidation and analysis for ID Business Unit OEM, ensuring data accuracy.
• Prepare monthly S&OP financial package and insights; support executive reviews.
• Oversee performance reviews and growth plans for self and staff.
