This opportunity reports to the Division Controller of Finance and oversees planning, analysis, and reporting for the Division and its global finance partners.

The role requires a four-year degree in accounting/related field, 10 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills at Sr. leadership levels.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in accounting, financial planning and analysis, financial auditing, or related.
• 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly across finance and Sr. leadership.
• Strong analytical, initiative and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning activities and templates for division-level planning.
• Lead employee management, coaching, and development for exempt staff.
• Manage month-end close and reporting for Division Office.
• Coordinate submissions to Corporate Finance and follow-through of action items.
• Oversee division-level daily, month-end and ad hoc sales reporting.
• Perform ad hoc analyses for Division Controller, Division President, Senior Staff and Corporate.
