Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Lead Architect, FP&A to shape enterprise finance technology solutions supporting planning, analytics, and operational excellence. You will lead architecture across FP&A processes, SAP platforms, and integrations with business, technology, and delivery teams.

You’ll translate complex business needs into scalable, secure solutions in SAP S/4HANA, SAC, BPC, and related tools, while mentoring teams and driving modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solution/enterprise architecture or finance technology delivery.
• Experience with FP&A processes and finance platforms.
• Demonstrated budgeting/forecasting and management reporting experience.
• Experience in large-scale finance transformation or ERP modernization.
• Solution architecture for enterprise-scale systems and programs.
• Experience creating or evaluating business cases with costs/benefits/risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and support of enterprise FP&A solutions using SAP SAC, BPC, PaPM.
• Partner with Finance/Business to define future-state planning, forecasting, budgeting, profitability.
• Develop architectures integrating SAC, PaPM, Datasphere, BW/4HANA and SAP/Non-SAP ERPs.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Drive migration toward SAP Analytics Cloud and next-gen finance platforms.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Architecture, ERP teams for data governance.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide technical leadership across teams.
