Edward Jones is seeking an FP&A Analyst III in Tempe to support the Financial Planning & Analysis team. The role focuses on driver-based forecasting, insightful financial analysis, and partnering with senior leaders to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• MBA/MSF or CFA/CPA, or equivalent certifications.
• 5+ years of relevant FP&A experience.
• Experience building driver-based financial models.
• Ability to influence senior leadership with data-driven insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Build driver-based forecasts and analytical models.
• Develop dashboards and reports for senior leaders.
• Partner with Finance and business areas to inform decisions.
• Translate drivers into actionable financial insights.
• Support annual and ad hoc planning and analysis.
• Educate stakeholders on financial implications of decisions.
• Lead cross-functional project teams.
• Present findings to senior management.
