Job summary

CFS, a healthcare technology company, is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst in Shelton, CT onsite to join the finance team. You will lead budgeting and forecasting, develop financial models, and deliver board-ready executive reporting to influence strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of FP&A experience, advanced Excel, ERP exposure (NetSuite preferred), and comfort with AI/automation tools. SaaS/Private Equity-backed experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of FP&A experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience.
• Experience preparing board-level and executive presentations.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Comfortable utilizing AI and automation tools to improve efficiency.
• NetSuite or similar ERP experience is a plus.
• SaaS and/or Private Equity-backed experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
• Develop financial models and perform scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare board presentations and executive reporting packages.
• Analyze KPIs and provide actionable financial insights.
• Support pricing analysis and departmental planning initiatives.
• Partner closely with the CFO, executive leadership, and Junior FP&A Analyst on strategic finance projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, forecasting, and financial processes.
