Job summary

CRH Americas Finance seeks a Sr. FP&A Analyst in Atlanta, GA, hybrid work arrangement. You will manage financial reporting, data analytics, and ad-hoc analyses to support CRH Americas leadership.

The role centers on pricing reporting for the Cementitious Sourcing Office and driving EPM improvements. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in Finance/Accounting, experience with data lakes/ERP systems (JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle), and strong project management with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years working in Finance/Accounting in a corporate environment.
• Proficient in managing large databases from multiple sources.
• Hands-on experience with data lakes, data warehouses, and ERP systems (JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle).
• Proven ability to turn invoice level data into pricing and sourcing insights for commercial decisions.
• Project management experience and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Curiosity and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Ability to analyze and validate financial and performance data.
• Strong communication of financial information and trends in multiple formats.
• Experience managing workflows with multiple stakeholders.
• Expert proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Oracle Cloud EPM and BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull and consolidate ticket/invoice data from multiple source ERPs/data lakes.
• Reconcile aggregates to underlying ticket-level details.
• Create pricing reports by market, customer type, delivery method, and product.
• Develop pricing reports into dashboards and track VI levels.
• Maintain a cementitious product purchases database across CRH Americas.
• Monthly data maintenance and ongoing reporting improvements, including automation.
• Manage EPM improvement project with external providers and internal teams.
• Deliver improvements on time and within budget; support continuous EPM tool optimization.
• Prepare monthly actuals/forecast reports with insights for leadership.
