Job summary

IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join Corporate FP&A and lead the financial modeling behind the annual strategic plan.

You will partner with Legal, Finance, Corporate Strategy, and executive stakeholders to translate leadership questions into structured analyses and recommendations. You will drive the corporate planning cycle, OneStream design and transition, and develop AI-enabled improvements to planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's, CPA, or CFA preferred.
• Strong FP&A experience including financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, consolidation, and reporting in a global org.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models underpinning the annual strategic plan and multi-year outcomes.
• Develop analysis themes that frame the annual budget, surfacing risks and opportunities for leadership targets.
• Provide planning support and decision support to executives and key stakeholders across departments.
