Job summary

Masco is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in FP&A to advance planning and analytics across the enterprise. The role focuses on integrating corporate annual and long-range planning, building tools to consolidate financial data, and delivering insights to executive leadership.

You will support management reporting, KPI analyses, and critical financial controls while collaborating with diverse teams and C-suite partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business/finance/related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of corporate finance, operational accounting, and/or FP&A experience.
• Effective communication skills with various functional areas and management levels.
• Proven track record of handling confidential information and building relationships with C-suite executives.
• Strong collaboration skills to engage with a diverse team.
• Strong analytical abilities linking financial outcomes to operational drivers.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Travel up to 20%.
• Experience in financial/operational modeling; HyperionFM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-wide planning and long-range forecasting processes to enable strategic decisions.
• Develop tools to consolidate and analyze complex financial data across units.
• Synthesize plans and results for executives and frontline managers.
• Support SOX controls and data integrity for the enterprise.
• Create and refine management reports and KPI analyses for the Executive Committee.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and modeling initiatives.
