Job summary

Trane Technologies in Davidson, NC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for its Residential Finance team. You will lead long-term and short-term financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, and the creation of tools to drive business insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Master’s degree preferred and/or CPA, CMA.
• Minimum 5+ years experience in finance or related field with strong analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead Residential investment planning with cross-functional leaders.
• Manage month-end investment reporting and MOR/QBR materials.
• Coordinate WD3, R&O, and Weekly Pulses for Eng/Digital.
• Forecast and report Digital Revenue for the Residential BU.
• Develop analytics-enabled processes to streamline workflows.
• Evaluate major capital investments and maintain templates.
