Rocket Companies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its FP&A team in the Lewisville, TX area. The role focuses on monthly forecasting, management reporting, and variance analysis across P&L, cost centers, and the consolidated entity.

The position requires 6+ years in FP&A or corporate finance and strong Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, with experience in Workday Adaptive Planning or similar planning tools. Collaboration with Xome and finance leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; CPA, CFA, or MBA a plus.
• 6+ years in FP&A or corporate finance; background in tech, real estate, mortgage/servicing, accounting, or banking a plus.
• Advanced financial modeling skills to turn large data sets into clear analyses for leadership to act on.
• Expert in Excel and PowerPoint; proficient in a financial planning tool (Workday Adaptive Planning, Oracle, TM1, Hyperion, or similar). Workday and Power BI a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for areas of responsibility.
• Support the month-end close and monthly forecast for areas of responsibility, covering revenue, cost of revenue, and operating expenses.
• Build the forecast including analysis, variance commentary, and supporting materials, to review with the General Manager and Finance team.
• Prepare and review month-end accruals against forecast, load forecast into the financial planning tool, and reconcile actuals to forecast.
• Forecast capitalized costs and the related depreciation and amortization; partner with Accounting on capitalization timeline.
• Support SOX controls and documentation for areas of responsibility.
• Build forecast models and ad hoc analysis.
• Track performance against key metrics and flag risks and opportunities.
