Job summary

The Wendy's Company is seeking a compensation-focused professional to manage the Long-Term Incentive program and support global compensation initiatives. The role partners with HR and Total Rewards to implement programs and improve processes, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and compliance.

You will analyze data, benchmark best practices, and guide policy interpretation while supporting relocation and annual compensation cycles. Strong collaboration and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/Finance required.
• MBA or Master’s in HR preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in compensation or HR.
• Experience with equity compensation helpful.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Collaborative with strong communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Company’s Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program administration and vendor liaison.
• Serve as SME for corporate and international compensation programs and benchmark.
• Own Relocation policy support and process improvements.
• Evaluate roles for internal leveling and participate in external benchmarking.
