Job summary

Enpro Industries, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for an operating division.

You will translate financial data into actionable insights, support capital investment decisions, and partner with site leaders to improve business performance. Reporting into the FP&A organization, you will develop financial models, conduct variance analyses, and collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and other functions to standardize

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of FP&A or related analytical experience.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced Excel.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for assigned sites.
• Produce and analyze monthly performance including variance vs prior year, budget, and forecast.
• Provide direct business support to sites: margin analysis, cost trends, KPIs.
• Support global reporting with accuracy and consistency in results.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for decisions and pricing.
• Support capital project ROI analysis and post-investment tracking.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and leaders to improve decision-making.
• Assist in pricing updates and standard costing with Sales and Ops.
• Prepare management reporting and presentations for leadership and FP&A.
• Collaborate to implement FP&A best practices and data quality improvements.
