Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field is required.
• Minimum six (6) years Financial Planning & Analysis experience, or directly related business experience.
• Experience substituting work experience for degree is acceptable.
• Three (3) years experience with advanced Excel (graphics, pivot tables, macros, complex formulas).

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex financial assessment and modeling for regional performance.
• Lead internal audit processes and resolve issues with auditors.
• Develop budgets and forecasts aligned with strategic initiatives.
• Advise region leaders on strategic fiscal matters and financial performance.
• Produce and interpret financial reports and variance analyses.
• Support improvement initiatives by analyzing financial trends and operations.
