Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting or related analytical role.
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting and modeling skills.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts.
• Advanced Excel; experience with ERP/reporting/FP systems preferred.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards and reports.
• Analyze actual and forecasted results, trends, variances and drivers.
• Partner with finance and operations to support planning and performance.
• Translate data into insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Prepare analyses, reports and presentations for leadership.
• Support strategic initiatives with ad hoc analysis.
• Identify improvements to planning, reporting and processes.
