Job summary

Verano is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Finance - FP&A in Chicago, IL. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting, building detailed forecast models and providing in-depth analysis of variance vs forecasts.

You will help with M&A evaluations, capex analysis, and strategic planning while partnering with senior leadership to refine KPIs and drive efficiency across finance and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or relevant major required.
• 3+ years’ experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Suite; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Corporate FP&A across budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting.
• Build forecast models and analyze variances versus budgets/forecasts.
• Assist in A&M evaluations, capex analysis, and strategic planning.
• Develop KPIs and deliver dashboards for leadership.
• Prepare executive presentations and collaborate with senior leaders.
